Cooking Creatively

While working on our house Steve and I have been having a long dry spell without much of a kitchen to work with. Many of the meals we've been eating involve cooking with one pot on the stove, one dish in the microwave, and the rest of the food taken 'fresh' from the refrigerator. This has been quite the challenge.

Soon, we'll be back in a real house again with a well laid out, large kitchen. In a way, this site is looking forward to the day when we have that house and can cook meals in the normal way again.
